Project SF involved the design of a sneaker and slides store dedicated exclusively to authentic, original footwear.
Our goal was to create a bold, modern retail environment that showcases each product with clarity, confidence, and a premium feel, while enhancing customer flow and elevating the brand’s identity.

Design in Details

We began with a full 3D model to visualize layout, lighting, shelving, and overall experience before execution.

The final design combines clean lines, modern shelving, integrated lighting, and strong visual symmetry to highlight every shoe as a statement piece.

A bright white backdrop was paired with warm recessed lighting and black accents for contrast and structure.

Floating shoe displays were arranged to create an immersive wall-to-wall gallery effect, allowing customers to browse effortlessly.

A custom checkout counter, glass display units, and an illuminated ceiling design further enhance the premium retail experience.

Throughout the space, we balanced functionality with aesthetics ensuring easy movement, clear sightlines, and a polished presentation that aligns with the brand’s commitment to authenticity.
